6. Cancellations, Returns, and Refunds

Cancellations:

  • Orders can be canceled within 12 hours of placement. After this, production/shipping may have started and cancellation may not be possible.

Returns:

  • Returns are accepted only if the product is damaged, defective, or incorrect.
  • Return requests must be raised within 3 days of delivery by contacting our support at support@mrgru.in.

Refunds:

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days to the original payment method.
  • Custom or made-to-order products like 3D frames are not eligible for return or refund, unless damaged.

7. Shipping and Delivery

  • Standard products are usually delivered within 5–12 business days.
  • Custom or made-to-order products may take 18–25 business days.
  • Delivery timelines are indicative and not guaranteed. Delays due to courier or unforeseen issues are not under our control.
  • Tracking information will be provided once the order is dispatched.

8. Intellectual Property

  • All content on the site, including images, videos, logos, and product designs, is the property of Mr GRU or its suppliers.
  • You may not reproduce, distribute, or use any content without prior written permission.

9. Prohibited Uses
