Thank you for shopping with Mr GRU. We are committed to delivering your orders in a timely, safe, and reliable manner. Please read our shipping policy carefully to understand how we process and deliver your purchases.


1. Shipping Coverage

We currently ship across India, covering most PIN codes through reliable courier partners. If your location is not serviceable, our team will contact you to provide alternate solutions or initiate a full refund.


2. Shipping Timeline

Standard Products:

  • Orders are usually dispatched within 1–3 business days after successful payment confirmation.
  • Delivery timeline: 5 to 12 business days from the date of dispatch.

Custom Products (e.g., 3D Frames, 3D Printing):

  • These products are made-to-order and require a production window.
  • Delivery timeline: 18 to 25 business days, depending on complexity and volume.

⚠️ Please note: Business days do not include Sundays or public holidays.


3. Shipping Partners

We work with trusted national logistics providers, including:

  • Delhivery
  • Blue Dart
  • DTDC
  • India Post
  • XpressBees
  • Ekart Logistics (and others based on region)

Tracking details are shared once the order is shipped via email or WhatsApp.


4. Shipping Charges

  • Shipping costs are calculated during checkout based on product weight, size, and delivery location.
  • Some promotional offers may include free shipping.
  • Additional charges may apply for remote or out-of-service areas.

5. Order Tracking

  • You will receive a tracking ID via email or WhatsApp as soon as the order is dispatched.
  • You can use this ID to track your shipment on the courier’s website or app.

6. Delays and Exceptions

While we aim to deliver within the promised time, certain situations may cause delays:

  • Courier partner delays
  • Local lockdowns, strikes, or weather conditions
  • Incomplete or incorrect shipping address
  • Remote or restricted delivery zones

In such cases, we will keep you informed and support you through resolution.


7. Undelivered Packages

If the package is returned due to:

  • Incomplete/incorrect address
  • Recipient unavailability
  • Failure to collect from the delivery partner

You may be charged for re-shipping, or the order may be canceled without a refund for made-to-order items.


8. Damaged or Lost Shipments

If your order is:

  • Delivered in damaged condition: Please take clear photos/videos and contact us within 24 hours of delivery.
  • Lost in transit: We will initiate an investigation with the courier. If confirmed lost, we will offer a replacement or full refund.

We strongly recommend recording an unboxing video for high-value or fragile items.


9. Change of Shipping Address

If you wish to change the shipping address:

  • Contact us within 6 hours of placing the order.
  • Once shipped, the address cannot be changed.

10. International Shipping (Optional – if not offered, remove this section)

Currently, we do not ship internationally. We plan to introduce international shipping in the future—stay tuned via our updates.
